Our letter was just a shorty guy this week, mostly because she told us everything on Sunday. (Which was muy magnifico! Just in case you were wondering.)
She's doing really well. Still in Santa Rosa, and teaching a lot! Especially the Hawaiian boys. She's loves her investigators so much! Right now she's trying to teach sacrifice to one of the Hawaiian boys. Guess what that means? He'll stop smoking pot if they give up something they love. What does Ann Marie love more than candy? That's right, no sweets. Her and Sister E. are off sweets for 30 days. She says he's waiting for them to break. But they're not going to! She also says that he doesn't understand the love and dedication of a missionary. They're going to get that guy baptized! Pray for him! Pray for all of them!
And read this, it's kinda cool! I like it!
Sister Bunker had breast cancer so she ran in Race for the Cure on Saturday. We couldn’t run with her, but President organized it so that every missionary in the mission was running a 5k at the same time. It was really cool. He made us all shirts with the mission brand on it, and below that it said, “United in Purpose.” The Santa Rosa North and South Zones ran at Bodega Bay. It was so great to run on the beach! And surrounded by so many Elders and Sisters that I love! I am blessed to be able to serve around so many great missionaries!
Other than that, I can't remember what else she wanted me to tell you! Stay tuned for next week readers.
