Coming soon... Cripple

I only have a limited amount of time with two functioning hands.  So I've been practicing.  Using my left hand.  So I'm not a complete invalid come Tuesday.  Because Tuesday is surgery day.  And I'm only slightly freaking out.  Slightly as in I'm having dreams that I won't wake up from the anesthesia.  Or that I will still be able to feel it when the knife goes in my arm.  And there's always the concerns of post surgery.  I can imagine to-do lists and every day tasks take extra time without the extra hand.  So actually I'm not freaking out that much, just that I'm having nightmares and losing sleep over it.

So clearly I'm handling it well.  And I'm really looking forward to not being able to use my right hand for a month.  And I'm double looking forward to spending my 21st birthday in the hospital.  I always have the greatest birthdays.
