Ten for Ten Dolla, Wow, I'm Tiyed

I'm going to tell you a marvelous story of happiness and cheeseburgers.

A few months ago I stumbled upon a beautiful tradition. It was late on a Wednesday night. Nothing of much consequence was taking place. Just the usual. Facebook. Procrastinating homework. Procrastinating a rather beasty Human Development paper. The morning hours were fast approaching and nothing was getting done. I somehow found myself at McDonald's with my dear friend Sarah West. I thought it was strange. I thought it was gross. But soft serve and fudge sounded a whole lot better than writing a paper so there I was. It was freezing and I was eating ice cream. Not feeling the least bit guilty over avoiding homework. That first late night McDonald's run was the beginning of something great.

McDonald's runs in the wee hours of the morning have become a fairly regular occurrence since that time. And I must say that some wild things happen on those nights. "I am like a basket being woven" still rings in my head and haunts me in my sleep. And Michael Jackson's I Just Can't Stop Loving You truly makes me laugh. Oh and don't try and take a picture of the McDonald's lady's hand. It can get vicious. DEBORAH!

So many great moments have been had in the space between smelly Morgan and the Golden Arches. I love those times. Tonight I needed that. After sitting home alone like a loser for hours, I needed out. So I ate my burger in bliss and sang about mail. I feel as though its been another successful night!
